Across the country, hospital foundations with small staffs are grappling with many of the same strategic priorities as their larger counterparts, while facing considerable resource constraints. Accordingly, these organizations are challenged to carry out their ambitious strategic plans—particularly when making the leap from an events and annual-driven organization to one with a robust major and planned gift program.

This webconference will focus on the experience of a high-performing hospital foundation with fewer than 5 FTEs, Saint Mary’s Doran Foundation in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Special focus will be on how foundation staff leverage CEO involvement in support of their major gift program, as well as to the process measures that allow the foundation to perform effectively and efficiently.
