I had a CT Myelogram with X-Rays done at Saint Mary’s Health Care. I arrived with anxiety. However, the medical staff and persons doing the procedures were personable, welcoming and professional.

I just wanted the staff to know how much I appreciate their kindness and let you know I had a positive experience at Saint Mary’s.

In November I had a hip replacement, which is now recovering beautifully. I just wanted to thank you for your excellent help, tips on helping oneself at home etc, etc, etc. You were all so caring and took great care of me!





Dear Saint Mary’s,

I am writing on behalf of my son. I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Dr. Channing Finkbeiner for the part he played in getting my son transferred to Saint Mary’s Health Care in Grand Rapids. Dr. Finkbeiner went beyond the call of duty in his help and care for my son. His diligent assistance in organizing the transfer made that move go like clockwork and within minutes of my son’s arrival Dr. Finkbeiner was in my son’s room greeting him, introducing himself, reviewing all the paperwork, and getting his medication prescriptions in the computer so there would be no lapse in my son’s pain medication. Dr. Finkbeiner’s help in pulling together an awesome palliative care team at Saint Mary’s was extraordinary! I will be forever grateful to him, the staff, and his perpetual care to make his patients and family comfortable was greatly appreciated by my family and me.
