Roberta Jelinek, CPA

Roberta Jelinek, Former Director of New Business Development and Strategic Advancement, has been promoted to the newly created position of Vice President, Accountable Health Network effective July 12.

Jelinek has been leading our physician alignment work for the past year, playing a major role in the formation of the Advantage Health/Saint Mary’s Medical Group, the Strategic Alignment Organization, and in CarePath Partners.

In her new role, Jelinek will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and operation of the Physician-Hospital Alignment/ Clinical Integration Model at Saint Mary’s Health Care. Her major responsibilities will include the creation of an Accountable Health Network, in which the interests of the physicians are fully aligned with the interests of the health system. She will continue her work as active facilitator to engage physicians and promote their influence in the new Network and to help create, promote, and communicate an environment in which physicians find clinical and strategic value in aligning more closely with SMHC. Jelinek will provide strategic perspective and advice to the senior leadership team as it seeks to engage physicians, optimize operational performance and enhance its competitive positioning.
